By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed overseas by our providers. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas disclosures are handled consistently with applicable privacy obligations.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
These steps may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, restricted staff access, monitoring, logging, backups, security reviews and provider controls.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, detect misuse, and support security or operational needs.
Call recordings, transcripts, summaries and message records may be retained according to your account settings, our operational needs, legal obligations, provider requirements and backup practices.

13. Access and correction
You may ask us to provide access to personal information we hold about you, or to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.

If you use CallPilot to send SMS, email or other commercial messages to your customers, you are responsible for complying with spam, telemarketing and marketing consent laws.
15. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools and similar technologies to:
